What the hell is "The Blue Phoenix" ? |
 |
|
Well, until I come up with something really cool to do with it, this is just
my personal web site.
I realized that it was time for me to have a professional looking web site, even
if some of the content is tongue-in-cheek and risqué. (Life is often uncensored, so why
can't I be?) I was tired of the lengthy url that you get when you host at an isp.
"members.crappyisp.com/chump/thebluephoenix/" is a fair example. So I came up with a
name, grabbed the domain, signed up for hosting, and, well, you’re looking at the result. |

What does the name mean ? |
 |
|
The phoenix is a legendary bird that burned itself to ashes on a pyre,
and rose from the ashes to live again. I feel that at times we are just like
the legendary phoenix. We’ve all had painful and heart breaking experiences
in our lives where we feel like we’ve crashed & burned and hit rock bottom.
But like the phoenix, we rise, and we go on with our lives stronger and wiser
than before.
I’ve read that the blue part of a flame is the hottest part. Therefore,
a blue phoenix burns hotter and stronger than your average, run-of-the-mill
phoenix. |
